Water Exercise is a Cool Summer Workout

Dallas' Aquatic Centers and Community Swimming Pools will begin offering water exercise classes on Monday, June 6th. Water Exercise is a great full body workout that has the benefit of taking place in the pool. Build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness using the natural resistance of the water. This low impact form of exercise is easy on the joints as well as fun and refreshing. Classes are offered at aquatic centers and pools throughout the city at a low cost of only $4 per class.
